     1) We describe and identify our products as accurate as possible.

     2) We guarantee the authenticity of our offered items.

     3) We offer a 100% lifetime guarantee of authenticity ONLY for

          collectibles. All other items 3 days minus shipping charges

          and a 20% restocking fee.

     4) All items shipped with a tracking number.

     5) Insurance is mandatory where stated. Insurance is optional

          everywhere else , but it is highly RECOMMENDED.

     6) Overseas buyers do not always have the option of insurance,

          so all items will be shipped by United States Postal Service

          with a certificate of mailing. United States Postal Service

          Express Mail, Federal Express or United Parcel Service

          is also availabe at additional cost.

          This is so that the item has a tracking number and thus making

          it more accountable .

     7) If your item is illegal or confiscated by customs, we are not

          responsible and there will be No Refund . You the overseas

          customer are responsible for all customs and taxes.

     8) If your package is returned as refused or unclaimed, there

          will be NO REFUND.

Your offer to purchase and your payment are your contract with us.

Thus it will be considered a legally binding contract . If you bid on

one of our auction items, your bid will be considered a legally binding

contract .

RETURNED CHECK POLICY:

Returned checks are subject ot a $35.00 service charge for each return.

Should legal recourse be necessary to resolve a returned check, the maker

of the check will be liable for any attorney's and court fees incurred.

We offer all merchandise with a three day return policy. All sales are

final and refunds are credit only . PLEASE NOTE the exceptions below ;

COLLECTIBLES ----- SOLD AS IS means just that. NO RETURN /

NO REFUND. All collectibles are shipped with insurance and tracking

number . NO  EXCEPTIONS. Please do not ask .

CONTROLLED ITEMS ----- Firearms components - We must have a

current copy of your FFL, signed in ink or by forwarding the completed

"STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY" provided by a link on all appropriate

pages.

SPECIAL ORDERS -----  There is NO RETURN  or  REFUND

on Special Orders. Please do not ask or ask to trade it for a different

item. Insurance is optional but it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

REPRODUCTIONS ----- These will be clearly labeled and  identified

as such and SOLD AS REPRODUCTIONS ONLY ! This portion of

our Web Site is kept separate to avoid any problems or mixing of

merchandise. These items will be SOLD AS IS means just that. While

they are on our Web Site and  available for sale, they will be considered

SPECIAL ORDERS. As such, all rules of SPECIAL ORDERS

APPLY .

All items must be in the original packing and in the same condition as

when shipped. All returned merchandise must be returned by the same

method as sent to you. ALL RETURNS MUST BE INSURED. If

the item is returned without INSURANCE, it will be REFUSED. NO

exceptions.

If an error occurs and it is our mistake, there is no restocking fee.

All other conditions of return will incur a 20 % restocking fee.

No REFUND or CREDIT for shipping charges, insurance charges,

or restocking fee.
